"after a visit to see a doctor with my son i was left very impressed. The doctor we saw was very understanding and discussed treatment options and personalised treatment to my son's needs. We were made a followup appointment with the same doctor for continuity and have now been referred to the hospital for specialised care. Not once were we felt rushed or not listened to. The doctor was kind and welcoming and also considerate to my sons well being.
Normally all you read are negative comments because unfortunately people are too quick to complain about a service and not praise it when necessary. Our experience was a hugely positive one and deserves a positive review. Well done to all the staff who must be under immense pressures day to day."
