"Absolutely shocking. Don't sign up, can hardly ever get through to get an appointment when you ring in the morning, and by the time you do eventually get through all the appointments have gone. I went in today after trying thismorning to get a pre booked appointment and was told I have to wait 3 weeks. This is disgraceful and cannot believe I have to wait so long, after reading on their site usually within 2 days. I've been with these doctors all my life through Newington and Calvert, and think it's disgusting how they oporate. I don't think should take on so many patients if you cannot even see to them in a reasonable time. This is pathetic. Once seen on previous occasions, the doctors and nurses come across nice and majority of the time I'm happy with the actual appointment, but the reception staff are ignorant and rude and it's a nightmare to actually get the appointment in the first place. I think a whole new outlook needs to take place on the booking system."

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.

Dr Kipgen qualified from Barts and the London Medical School in 2006 (MBBS). He completed his GP training in Dorset in 2015 (MRCGP). He likes nothing better than to relax in the garden and is frequently seen with either a chainsaw or an axe, what could go wrong!?
