"I am posting this review after multiple episodes of disappointing care provided by the staff at amersham health centre. We have been a patient of Amersham health centre for 8 years.
I seldom visit the practice and whenever there has been a need all I had is a No availability of appointment from the reception staff.Not even for myself they do not support in providing access to children in case of emergencies. I have lost all the faith in this health centre. Experience from day one when we went for registration and the looks given by the staff made us feel very uncomfortable.It is extremely difficult to get an appointment, forget the choice of doctor you wish to see. Reception staff is not helpful at all. Doctors seems to rush with the treatment( if you can get appointment first).
Today was again one of the failed attempts to get appointment to see even a practice nurse who can do some dressings. I have suffered all day in pain and hoping it shall settle down as I do not wish to contact the clinic again.people have give 5 stars to this centre and I have noted the survey which has been done. I am not sure why I was not invited to participate in the survey.
I am not sure about the services in the other surgeries but in this clinic certainly very disappointing to me and i would not recommend this clinic to my friends or family.
