"My family and I have been patients for 30 years and we have always been treated with dignity and respect, the G.P.'s here are simply amazing, wont rush you out the door and always take the time to listen. We always get an appointment within an acceptable time and are able to see our named G.P. when we require. I have always found the G.P.'s here to want to go the extra mile to help, even when you can see they are extremely busy.
The staff on reception are absolutely brilliant, they are at the forefront of the practice and sometimes have to endure unpleasant behavior towards them but they always remain totally professional. I would like to cuddle them all and say thanks for all your kind help over the years, you guys really are wonderful.
It's a shame you have to be ill to visit these wonderful people."
