"This surgery is honestly going downhill. Phone lines open at 8:30am but you'll be lucky to get through by 9:00am - by then can hardly ever get a same day appointment. Surgery only books a week in advance so unless you are lucky to get through by 9am a week before your desired appointment, you will find that there are no slots left. The receptionists don't know how to communicate well with patients and are often rude over the phone which can be quite frustrating when all you want is an appointment. If you are lucky to get an appointment, you will be waiting a minimum of 1hr before you are seen at your allocated time. This surgery lists that there are evening appointments available which is FALSE. If you need to see a nurse the latest time is 5:30 p.m and earliest is 9:00 a.m ( which is quite late considering people have to work. also let's not forget the fact that your nurse will most probably be arriving after you)
