"All staff , receptionists, managers ,nurses doctors are always friendly, welcoming and willing to do their best to meet our medical needs and expectations.On the rare occasions when we need an emergency appointment, they do their best to fit us in even though the have a very full diary. Test results are rung through and discussed frequently.
We do not usually leave a review which is remiss of us but this is because probably like most patients, we very satisfied with Sheerwater Health Centre.
However we have done so now because it is unfair that the Practice Rating is being adversely affected by the few negative reviews and the majority of us who are more than happy, tend not to leave reviews."
