2. Reception is also slow. Large queues of older people having to stand in a line. Rarely more than one person on desk. Other staff are in Office but do not make themselves available. 3. Dr appointments take 1-2 weeks minimum, unless it is an emergency when the reception staff ask you to explain your problem.
4 I have found reception generally poorly trained and consequently rude. They insist on talking over you while you explain yourself, often three or four times.
5. Very rarely have I found the Dr`s give a first time correct diagnosis. They are dismissive and can be arrogant. Frequent visits are the norm, usually to a different Dr. which of course require multiple prescriptions. Many Dr are Loccum`s and do not stay long. THere is little or no patient/Dr relationship and consequently, standards are poor. This has been the same for over 10years. Just my experiences
