"How fortunate I am that this is my GP Surgery. I cannot praise highly enough the care, compassion and professionalism from all the staff at Oaklands. Tragically my son became terminally ill and the support, the attention to detail, the care planning and presence when needed, in our home, went far and above all expectations. The care they showed made a real difference to this very difficult journey. I later applied for an Extra Mile Award for one of the GPâs who was mostly involved in my sonâs care. But they all went that extra mile.
Since my sonâs death, they ensured regularly that my health and well-being was also a priority. I always feel I am listened to and that patient choice is valued.
