"After the NHS Physio referred me to the GP, I frequently followed up to ensure the several letters sent by the Physio department had been received, after two week I was advise a referral letter had been received, but I had to make an appointment to see the GP the earliest was in four weeks, however this was cancelled, and rebooked and the earliest date was an additional two weeks. Total time todate for an appointment for a GP appointment six weeks. I have been advise that you can phone at 08:30 for an appointment, but after persistent attempts over many days, by 08:33 or 08:35 all appointments have gone.
