"The doctor in this surgery is great. He knows my medical condition inside out and always asks about past illnesses when I visit. If I attend any medical appointment outside of his practice he always follows up on anything said by other medical professionals.
I have taken my child a few times and one occasion being very late at night. The doctor worked after hours communicating with the QE to get the appropriate care for my child and I could not thank him enough.
This is the second surgery Iâve been registered at and anyone wanting to change really should think because the grass isnât always greener on the other side.
The queue at reception is always minimal and I get through to them on the telephone swiftly. I never need to contact them for prescriptions as I use their online service and can order in seconds straight to my pharmacy to take the pressure off the doctor."
