Unfortunately I have had to contact the surgery twice in two months as my young Daughter has been poorly and each time I have been told to take her to a walk in centre. Where is the continuity in care? There isnât any.
I will be looking for a new GP practice for myself and my family.
The practice used to be so patient focused, itâs obviously now about quantity not quality."
