"This surgery is failing in so many basic areas. Firstly the telephone system is not fit for purpose when trying to make an appointment. You have to wait age's in a queue system only to be told all appointments have gone! Obviously not enough staff on duty answering phones at peak times or anytime to be truthful. Reception staff suggest you come to surgery and queue in the morning! Come on this is the 21st century and to get an appointment you have to queue! Most people work or have the school run to do so this system is a no no! Unfortunately the doctors that made this a great practice have now retired or left. MMP run this surgery predominantly on locums who don't know you or your history which is disheartening. Most times I log in to make an appointment there are no available sessions so what is the purpose of this system? The booking in system at the surgery is normally out of use so you have to stand in the queue whilst one receptionist deals with an array of timely queries etc and all you want to do is let them know you are here for your appointment. Communication is awful. One receptionist will tell you one thing then another will tell you something different, so frustrating and damn annoying. The surgery itself could do with a refurb, it's looking tatty and unwelcoming.....the carpet has been down for years, it must be harbouring so many germs. I would definitely not recommend this surgery it's totally gone downhill! This is not a reflection on the nurses and other professionals whom are very dedicated tho. If you want to check which doctors work at surgery it still names doctors that no longer work there.......please someone update this info!"
