"Recently moved here from another very good surgery.
In six months the offering has been dreadful.
I've spend 6 hours on the phone in one week attempting to get a simple appointment. Basically impossible. Have to miss work to go to surgery to get simple questions answered.
Several times I've seen nurse and been told a note has been sent to doctor to fix something pop in or call in two days. Three times the promised simple instructions have not been carried out by the doctor, or chased of followed up after three visits in (each time been fobbed off and told it will be sorted). Been left without medication for over a week. Told by staff "Well we don't have any doctors in". How are you a doctors surgery if the excuse you always give is we don't have any doctors.
All reception staff bedside manner is awful. All are rude except one, who is a charming lady doing her best. The rest are rude and dismissive.
