"Today 27.02.2019 I called for an emergency appointment I rang at 8am (when it opens) and I called 100 times which took 30 mins and NO ANSWER! (Waiting list part was fall) before I gave up and had to take my son to school! It should never take a patient that long/many times to get hold of their doctors! I've had the same problems on and off since 2016 and nothing seems to change with them! I'm now deciding to switch myself and my son to another GP to avoid all this hassle! It's not good enough and by far the WORSE GP SURGERY IN EDMONTON!!!
If you phone for an emergency appointment your more than likely going to be calling for ages trying to get an answer and when you finally get through they'll have nothing left!!!
Sort your system out! Stop taking on more patients if you can help the ones you already have! Simple really!"
