Exwick have provided me with outstanding care over the past 10 years and I have had demanding medical issues and I have had to put more than average pressure on all of the team at every level of the engagement.
Reception, management, GPS, partners, all have shown well above the expected level of service in their respective jobs.
Myself someone who works in a service related job I can make some comparisons here and I can say undoubtedly that this place has a tremendous feel and the staff have exactly the attitude required in these demanding times to make one feel confident and reassured.
The best attempt is offered to secure appointments at short notice too.
Great place great staff and the very best surgery I have ever attended.
*as brief example I recently had a mix up with my dispensing pharmacy and upon calling the surgery I was greeted with an instant sense of thorough concern and I was called back with a resolution within an hour and that's not easy at 10 am*
(These people work very hard in a consumer oriented society of people who don't always show gratitude for the services they consume)"
