"The new and improved call system is a shambles!
I called 82 times from 8:30- 8:50 when I finally got put in the que (at no 25) held then until 9:20 when I finally spoke to the operator only to be told there are NO appointments left!! A complete waste of an hour of my time. Not helpful when you are trying to do school runs and looking after poorly children. Iâm supposed to either call 111 if itâs an emergency surely if it was that urgent then I could be at a&e not trying to call the GP. And if I wait and call the next day the same thing might happen again."
