"This was the first time I'd had to book an urgent appointment and the whole process was, in a word, excellent. I'd had a non-reaction to some antibiotics I was taking and my situation was getting worse. I was dealt with very efficiently at reception (on the telephone) at c 08:15 today and was asked to turn up at 10:00 on 30/01/19 and wait to be called.
I saw a very pleasant doctor at c.10:45 who listened to everything I had to say and a way forward was decided - some different antibiotics and a couple of tests.
I was home by c.11:30.
Was told that if new antibiotics don't work then to repeat urgent process on Friday 01/02/19.
Can't praise all staff involved highly enough."
