"The new telephone system is not very good. if you listen the lady tells you what to do but it sounds as though when she finishes it she slams the phone down. During the recording she says to press an option and when I pressed option 2 I was cut off. I tried again and the same thing happened.
I do find that the reception desk does not give enough privacy when you are discussing things as the patients in the waiting area can hear everything , even the weekend antics of the reception staff."
