- appointment booking system is bizarre - appointments are released in two week chunks which seems rather unnecessary
- telephone consultations are extremely unpunctual. To the point that the last time I wasnât even given a fixed time that a GP would call me - just âanytime after middayâ
- the concept of a patient as a customer is just alien. On at least one occasion I was stood outside the locked door to the surgery for ten minutes in the cold weather, in full view of the receptionist.
- admimistrative systems are terrible. On occasion itâs taken over two weeks to print and sign a referral letter"
