"My Uncle aged 92 years has just had to move to a new GP Surgery as he has entered a Care Home.
Our biggest regret on his move is that he will be outside the catchment for the outstanding Doctors Surgery at Forge Close in Hayes.
With age he has suffered chronic ill health over the last 10 years and we have had a lot of contact with Forge Close . From the ever helpful and efficient Reception Staff to all the GPs , we have had invaluable support from the Surgery and we cannot praise them enough.
To illustrate this, my wife and i enquired about moving from our GP surgery in Farnborough across to Forge Close. Unfortunately we are not in there Catchment Area.
I can highly Forge Close. The Reception staff are without fail so helpful and professional and the GPs are quick to respond with Care and always helpful.
We regard this Surgery as an Outstanding example for other GP Surgeries to follow.
