"most annoying factor: You have to wait between 20-30 mins to get through to the team. When you make them aware you have to wait they don't comment just sit in silence (proving they don't care) neve will anyone apologise for the wait.
I always have to chase my doctor for referral that he states he will make.
Same with my medication which can be life changing!
Same issue with 'referred' scans!
This has caused me to pay for private medical cover as in some of my cases it took years to get my health issues looked into. Not everyone has access to private health care and its unfair that this was my only resort to getting help. Them prolonging it has made my conditions worse!
When i see new doctors they are shocked that I have been stuck on medication for conditions for years with no offer in further investigations.
The amount of chasing and missing valid information from the surgery is appalling.
Although most members (office wise) in Marsh Farm and Gardenia surgery are helpful you get the odd ones who clearly don't care to help or hear your situation in order to help.
Along with the doctors not following it makes the whole practice hopeless to use!!"
