People working in a Doctors surgery should speak to patients with respect and kind tone, especially when they know you are there trying to book an appointment and in a vulnerable position also being pregnant! I am totally shocked by how especially one of them speak to people, extremely rude and inappropriate personal comments. They should do their job properly, or if they are so unhappy leave and let someone professional take over."
