"My family and I been with this surgery over 20 years it used to be great and had fantastic services, just very disappointed that I have to write this but itâs come to a point where I have had enough of poor services.
Telephone: I was the 1st one in the queue for my call to be answered yet it took ten minutes before any one answered it. Calles are not been answered on purposely I can say this because I have been in the surgery where the phones are ringing and are being ignored more on this below.
Receptionist staff: Hate to write this but due to things just getting worse I can no longer just put up with it. Firstly the reception staff attitude is unacceptable just rude I called to make an appointment the receptionist was very rude to me on the phone and shouted at me and just hanged up at the end of the call I just felt she was having a bad day so I decided not to do anything about it. Phoned again to make an appointment yet again got rude staff this time different one just spoke to me rudely.
Number of times I have been in the queue and the staff are just sitting there and chatting and having to waite a good whale the queue just got longer and one person behind me had left, staff member finely come when the person in the queue called out for help. She was not happy she was called and just dealt rudely with that patient. Back to my point at the top about calls, wale waiting to see the doctor I have seen staff just sitting there chatting and having a good laugh whale the phones are ringing and not been answered now I know why every time I call in it takes ages for the calls to be answered.
Why is that when you say to receptionist staff that you donât wish to discuss why you need an appointment they voice just changes to rude.
Doctors: some doctors are great exceptionally two in particular. My experience with other doctors has not been great, As soon as you walk into the room and they just want to get rid of you ASAP they donât check you properly and donât listen as to what the problem is.
I never had any problems with this surgery past 19 years but since last year things just seem to be going worse. The old receptionist staff used to be very friendly, helpful and calls used to be answered fast never had any problems.
I have written this long review based on my and familyâs experience.
Also after having chats with other patience wale waiting in the waiting area they seem to have the same issues.
To the surgery manger. This surgery was the best in the area but since 2016 things are just getting worse. Also itâs hard to get appointments if your current patience canât get appointments and have to waite 6 weeks then why take on more penitence.
I wound not recommend this surgery in its current state to anyone, even am looking to leave if i can find another local one."
