"I have been meaning to write a review of my experiences with the Woodcote and Goring Medical practice for some time. Fortunately the last visit with my son gave me the prompt I needed.
I can say with certainty, that this practice delivers more on every level than any other practices visited by family or friends. People are always amazed and impressed when I tell them about the care we receive from everyone at Woodcote and Goring, from the receptionists, to the dispensary, nurses and doctors.
Some of the best elements of this practice are:
1) GPs who go the extra mile to find solutions, offer options and talk through decisions with their patients. I am always impressed by a GP who is prepared to look for alternatives/ look up new treatments.
2) Feeling like the GP is always present and interested is really important and I always feel like that at Woodcote and Goring.
3) The triage/phone call system works brilliantly and to get an emergency appointment on the day is a vital. I have never been turned away and even a conversation with a GP has helped enormously.
4) The practice comes across as an up to date, lively, progressive one, which gives us patients confidence in the advice given.
I couldn't wish for better doctors or a better practice and feel that my treatment has been second to none. Thank you so much on behalf of my family and the village. You are all stars!"
