"I attended an appointment with the HCA today: as usual she was courteous & professional. I enquired about CT scan results but they haven't been received by the surgery.
The HCA suggested I ask at reception for the doctor to ask about these results. I stood at reception window & the receptionist didn't get up from her chair which was the furthest from where I stood.
She was sullen & unwelcoming & asked me to tell her what I wanted. I asked if she wanted me to shout. She responded by saying "I'm not deaf" I replied "no but you have a bad attitude " and left the surgery. Such rudeness is unacceptable & this person needs to be made aware of that"
