"Apparently this place is incapable of pre-booking appointments in advance, you have to phone in 8:00 on the same day for an appointment, how am i supposed to get time off work for an appointment, absolute stupidity.
And when i do phone in at 8:00 they're already fully booked for the whole day.
The receptionist also told me to get over the counter medicine for one of my issues, however when i went to the pharmacy and explained my symptoms i was told i needed to see a gp immediately. What the hell is wrong with this place."
