"The doctors and in particular the receptionists at the Cornard Surgery are always polite and helpful. In the light of what I hear about other surgeries; I feel very priviliged to be lucky enough to have a surgery I can rely on to have a good response and not have to wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appointment. I can't tell you how greatful I am especially with regard to the current NHS critisims. Obviously the staff are under considerable difficulties and pressures from the government to perform the impossible, but under the circumstances they are doing an amazing job. I's just a shame there are too many chiefs and not enough indians or money"
