"Went along for my appointment.only to find Iâd mistaken correct appointment time,receptionist was very understanding and kind.and went to chat with dr whom I was an hour late for.i was asked if I could return later that same morning.i was so very great full as my appointment was very importment to me.all the receptionist goes the extra mile in patient care.they work extremely hard always with a smile..my dr whom I saw was so understanding of mistake Iâd made .although my dr would have had to stretch her days workload to have saw me the same day.i was still giving plenty of time to talk through my concerns.dr rabbit listened with kindness understanding and so much empathy..my dr has Really gone well above and beyond in the support iv received.from her.after I left the surgery I felt Iâd been listened to and understood with such compassion and empathy.my dr is not just a compassionate lady .she has the ability to challenge any situation needed in patient care.and gets whatâs best for her patients..i felt 100% reassured and trusted in the reassurance I got from my dr..so huge thanks you jo"
