"Me and my daughter went to the practice to register, and the receptionist was extremely disrespect, no manners. Iâve never come across unprofessionlism and disrespect. She told me to not see a doctor as i hadnât seen one in many years, I suffer with high blood pressaure and I printed it out from the machine and it writes 180 the normal is around 140. It is not her business that I havenât been to a gp for many years. I have never received such bad service if she is not happy with her job she can leave however it is not right to treat your patients like that. Iâll see the GP when I like no one can tell me when and when I shouldnât see the doctor. Especially because I havenât seen one in many years thatâs my personal decision not hers. She said the exact words âTheres no point booking an appointment as you havenât seen one in many years you wonât need it.â How DISRESPECTFUL she gives the medical centre a bad reputation. My whole family are registered to this medical centre and itâs just given such a bad reputation to all of us. You can check the cameras as well it was around 16:00 to 17:00 on February the 7th.
