"I have been the doctor's patient for over 30 years. He has cared for my partner for 5 years. In all that time, the doctor has always been available for me whether it be in person or on the phone. I know that if I email or fax something through to the surgery, this will be dealt with.
I have nothing but praise and gratitude to both the doctor and his practice manager. It is the practice manager who leads and manages her staff with excellence, compassion and knowledge.
My partner is on copious amounts of medication and ensuring that he has a ready supply of medication is of the utmost importance. I have just received a compliment from Golds pharmacy who have highly commended the surgery and I want to pass this on. Golds are impressed with how efficient the surgery is when dealing with requests for repeat prescriptions. For example, I will place a repeat prescription with the surgery/pharmacy on a Monday morning and all items are received by mid afternoon the following day, if not on the same day. Thank you to all staff who facilitate this for us.
