"I order my prescription via telephone and have done for many years to be told on this occassion if you are under 65 you have to attend the surgery in person to order (or use the dropbox/online service). This would be no issue had I had prior notice but unfortunately due to me having a job and not being able to attend at the surgery, this is not an option. Extremely unhelpful reception staff, it seems the majority go out of their way to be as uncooperative as possible. If you have an issue outside of the policy guidelines it seems reception staff cannot think out of the box to assist. Treat patients like robots rather than human beings - that being said the GPs (when you can get an appointment) are generally very helpful."
