"After trying to make an appointment for 3 days, I finally spoke to someone at HWMC who informed me that there were no more appointments for that day (Friday). When I asked if I could book an appointment for early the following Monday I was told that appointments can not be pre-booked!!!! Subsequently my daughter's condition worsened and we took a trip to the Walk-in-Centre but the nurse at the centre advised us to see our GP! My daughter was in increasing pain over the weekend and we took a trip to the Hospital only to be told that our GP needs to make a referral!
I have been a paitent at the HWMC for many years and had many positive experiences in the earlier years. However recently things seem to have taken a turn for the worst. The operational and logistic running of the centre is in urgent need of improvement."
