I have to say that past two years the surgery has got worse. Staff can be rude, dismissive, flippant with comments.
Waiting times are often excessive. Call-backs can happen at any time during the day (refuse to ever give an approximate time). Using the E-consult service, rarely get a follow-up, 4/5 times I've used that feature I have had to contact the surgery to find out the outcome.
I would not recommend this service based on my own experience."
