"Very disappointed this morning after having an early appointment with a nurse who could not give me the prescription i required as she was not able to give it without a duty GP who was not even at work! How is the nurse able to practice if she is unable to give out prescriptions when required and how is she able to work with no duty GP in the building?? The nurse was apologetic but now i am inconvenienced having to back into the surgery at some point to collect a prescription i should already have.
Appointments should not be made with staff who are unable to deliver the full service especially when at the time of booking i stated my reason for needing an appointment and an early appointment."
