"I've previously never had a problem at Healds Road Surgery but recently it has become terribly run with staff who genuinely don't seem like they care.
I had a very urgent appointment due to my psoriasis flaring up to a dangerous point. However, I got a call saying the appointment had been cancelled and they would just prescribe me the same cream from last time, which was almost a year ago. How on earth can you just prescribe the same cream when this psoriasis is on a new part of my body and you haven't even assessed my condition??
Absolutely ridiculous service and I am now in the process of leaving Healds Road Surgery. The staff also sound extremely miserable on the phone and clearly have had very little customer service experience. Furthermore, the appointments system is a joke. They keep asking me to ring on a Friday if I want appointments for the following week yet when I ring up first thing on a Friday, the whole week is booked up? Pathetic surgery which is badly run and patients are just seen as a number where they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible. And if by some miracle you do get an appointment, don't expect to be seen until atleast 20mins later."
