"I have dealt with this surgery for over 50 yrs and where as once I could have confidently recommended it , I have to say the place is now an embarrassment to the NHS.
If you require an appointment you will be waiting for weeks. If you are unfortunate enough to be taken ill after lunch, you are unable to have a home visit and will be referred to 111 to await a call from a locum Dr who could take 5hrs or more to get back to you. It really doesnât matter to this surgery if you are elderly, vulnerable or at risk, they will make no effort to help in anyway.
Poor service, uncaring and very long waits for appointments, Iâd register elsewhere!"
