"It isnât often that I have to visit the doctors, but recently I have needed to twice in one week.
The phone was answered without it even ringing which was great, I was able to book a routine appointment for myself within a week or 2 and I could get an appointment for my 21month old Son that same day, within an hour.
My Sonâs appointment was with an AP. The receptionist wasnât quite sure if she could see a patient so young, but she booked the appointment and then went to check he could be seen. This was great and I then had an appointment for him within an hour. The AP was brilliant, very thorough and explained the problem and Treatment plan very well.
I had a routine appointment with a doctor. She was very friendly and listened to what my problem was and dealt with it accordingly. I felt very happy with my consultation. Thank you.
All the staff at both Valley Road and Grange Dene practices have always been very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately I am unable to message the practices direct as there isnât an email address to do so. I hope they get to see this review.
