"I find this practice to be well organised, reliable and helpful. The receptionists are polite and friendly. The nurses are really lovely as well as competent, they reassure, listen and advise well and never make you feel you are a bother.
The doctors are generally very approachable too, both friendly and professional. Even tho very busy they try their best to give you all their attention. I have always felt confident in their diagnoses and treatments. Recently one young doctor kindly took a long time to explain my high blood pressure and elevated cholesterol in the context of risk and other factors, and how important it was to reduce these.
It is so important to have a practice in which you can have confidence at all levels, and this is certainly one for me. Thank-you to all the staff for that."
