"Firstly, the practice says they have parking, but when you get there you find the only parking is reserved for the elderly and doctors, so you have to find parking down a side street and walk in.
Secondly on the appointments I have booked, I have had to wait at least half an hour to be seen. My last one I waited over an hour despite the fact I was the only person in the waiting room, and no-one else entered or left the doctors consulting room. When I did get in, I had to spend a lot of time answering inane questions about my asthma that I have answered on every single review before (turns out he was a newly qualified doctor). Then he was more interested in my feedback about him.
Final straw is when I put in for a repeat prescription for asthma medicine on patient access and it was refused. There was no prior notification or communication as to why, and had I been a chronic asthma sufferer, this could have been critical to me.
In short this is a by the numbers medical practice more interested in CQC scores, and with little or no regard for patient welfare and convenience,and I will be changing practices now"
