"I would like to comment on the excellent service provided by the administration staff. I joined the surgery 6 years ago and have noticed, especially in the last few months, a significant improvement on the way the administration staff handles and manages calls.
All members of staff always apologise for keeping the patient waiting on line. The tone is very courteous and respectful. I particularly like how the administration staff engages with the patient to understand the health issue and nature of the query. There are always alternative options offered if appointments are not available with family Doctor on the same day or in the same week (I.e. on call Dr or Emergency Dr or other Doctor of the surgery) and there is always an option to talk to a Doctor on the phone on the same day.
I would strongly recommend this surgery to friends and family.
