"Having been with this practice for more than 30 years, I cannot fault the medical staff, nursing staff or the support/reception staff. Yes in the past there have been staff medical and support staff who should never have been in the jobs they were in, but that was a long time ago. These days they all do a brilliant job. Lets be honest, we patients are not aways on our best behaviour all the time!l
There will be times when appointments are not available, my own GP's away and I have to see another Dr but that's life. Having staff that know you, your conditions and your family gives me a true sense of trust.
Patient Access is a brilliant programme and does help when looking for appointments or repeat prescriptions, more people should use it."
