"I've always found this GP surgery to be most helpful. The staff on reception are great and do their best to get back regarding any queries.
Just this week I had to call them about an urgent complaint for which I needed a prescription. The GP called me back within 5 mins and the prescription was waiting at the surgery for me to pick up later that same morning.
This surgery serves a large older community and waiting times to book an appointment, like most other GP surgeries in the UK can be long.
I've lived and worked in the UK for 15 years, and coming from a wealthy Western European country WITHOUT healthcare free at the point of need, to be able to access FREE GP appointments and hospital treatment is incredible. We are so very lucky to able to access this level of care. But you can please everyone all of the time!
