Most of the reception staff are also brilliant, but there some who are not very helpful ar all, and I believe the problem starts at the head of admin. I've written several letters of complaint
to the practice manager and her replies are always the same, she will apologize, make some excuse, promise to look into the matter, but I never hear anything again.
These observation for admin are for the last three years only.
