"Called to check on a telephone appointment for my fiancé which was not made at all I have checked the phone records with her and no call from our GP. I was rudely told that I do not have consent 4 or 5 times but the receptionist when I know I do as I make all the appointments and check results for us as she is a school teacher and it is hard to get the time out of the class.
She then finally checked my permissions and told me the call was made which is a lie either from the GP or the receptionist and when I asked if she could call now or today I was told I would have to reschedule and quickly hung the phone up.
This is the worst GP service I have been to and needs a review very quickly. I love the NHS and have had amazing work and service from hospitals but this GP gives it a bad name."
