"The surgery stopped my prescription as I needed to see a GP before they could renew. However, they didn't bother to tell me they were doing this.
I sorted the script out (after half a day trying to get through to the surgery) and requested the Practice Manager call me as I felt quite aggrieved by the whole situation.
I have still not been contacted - despite being told that the PM had tried to call me on my mobile. No missed calls or messages have been received.
I would like a call within the next 48 hours or I will be contacting the Local Health Authority"
