You can never get an appointment as they always gone no matter how early you call.
I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance, when I turned up for the appointment I was told that it had been cancelled; on my asking why this was the case; I was told that they allocated my appointment slot to someone else who was friends with the one of the staff.
I am in the process of leaving this surgery asap."
