"On my first visit, the practice seemed OK - a nice fairly friendly receptionist. However, this was in the evening - less busy.
When I returned for my second visit, the receptionist was talking on the phone that seemed liked hours. When she finally got off the phone she replied: 'One minute'. I still did not get any help from her uncaring and rude manner..
First impressions do count and believe me: the receptionist should be friendly and welcoming. It is a difficult job but grit your teeth and make the patients feel welcome!
I had to go along to see a pharmacist who is doing what a nurse used to do.
The GP seems very aloof.
The search continues for a half decent surgery with welcoming staff."
