"I call the surgery every morning at 8 am to book an appointment as I have been told to by the reception staff. The reception never answer phone calls and when they are answered they are immediately dropped. When I go in person to book an appointment I am offered a telephone consultation first and if I do not accept that then the reception staff start giving me advice on my medical problems in front of other patients!"
