"Administrative procedures are appalling beyond belief. Almost impossible to get through on the phone. Covid is not an excuse. It's never been great but has deteriorated beyond belief since Lakeside took over. Receptionists/telephonists are rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic. The concept of customer service is totally unknown to them. I can't believe I've put up with it for this long. I've heard the medical staff actually do a good job if you can ever get to see them, but are totally let down by the shambles around them. The practice can only be improved if Lakeside get out and make way for a more professional alternative."

Dr Ko Ko Laing qualified in 1989, his previous surgery in Victory Road merged with the Portsdown Group in April 2010. He is a highly experienced GP, is based in Kingston Crescent Surgery he has a number of special interest which includes medicine, rheumatology and joint injections. He is a keen tennis player and also enjoys travel.
