"Utterly frustrating. I have a 3 year old daughter. 6/7 weeks ago, she was unwell. Phoned the surgery (no exaggeration) 40 times during the afternoon with no answer. The following morning we phoned constantly from 5 mins before opening time for just over 20 mins before the receptionist answered. And I do mean constantly, repeatedly ringing with no break. The receptionist then said that they do always answer the phone. She then said that all appointments were taken, and advised me that I need to phone up first thing in a morning to get a short notice appointment.
This is a surgery who are taking on more patients - they can't service the ones they have.
Daughter unwell again today, suspected water infection - phoned over 20 times and given up. Using the I heart service - Lakeside is not fit for purpose."
